A Class-A office building with frontage along Lake Merritt in downtown Oakland. Shepherd Heery, President/CEO of Wakefield Development Partners, while Project Manger for the Gerald Hines Company, was Development Manager of this 657,498-square-foot high rise office building.
555 Mission
Shepherd Heery, President/CEO of Wakefield Development Partners, while with Tishman Speyer, was Development Manager of this 33-story office tower. The project included historical restoration of two early 20th century buildings and the successful combination of two buildings into a single and efficient floor plate.
Georgia Tech Savannah Campus
Georgia Tech's First Three Buildings at its Savannah Campus. Development Management and Design was led by George Heery.
Poly Canyon Village
Shepherd Heery provided Cal Poly with real estate development and financing consultation; George Heery was in charge of the pre-design planning, budgeting and scheduling and then principal-in-charge for the management on behalf of the University for the design, construction and close-out of the project.
Wakefield Luxury Co-op
The Wakefield, a highly successful, very up-market co-op in Atlanta's Buckhead area was developed by senior executives of Brookwood Group and Wakefield Development Partners, Shepherd Heery and George Heery. George Heery was in charge of final design and construction by the Bridging method and was also in charge of the marketing program.
